While David Guetta might garner the most consistent criticism from both listeners and his peers alike, he certainly knows how to assemble, and more importantly deliver some massive collaborative efforts. I’m sure money has nothing to do with it…regardless, he always seems to get it done. On the heels of the original release as part of “Nothing But The Beat 2.0,” Guetta and Taped Rai’s, ”Just One Last Time” receives the star-studded-remix treatment from Tiesto, Hard Rock Sofa and Mr. Koyu. Tough to fail when you’re hanging with these lads. Tiesto gives us a smooth big room remix and Deniz Koyu sets himself apart as soon as the first build’s introduced. Koyu’s is a big, chugging electro remix, similar to his recent remix with Fedde Le Grand of Digitalism’s, “Zdarlight.” And the ever-popular Russian trio, Hard Rock Sofa continues their 2012 killing spree with what’s proven to be the most popular remix of the bunch following a week atop the Beatport chart (peaked at #1, currently at #4). Hard Rock Sofa with a healthy balance of melodic grooves, rolling basslines, wet percussions and a commanding kick help keep energy nice and high.
